Working with the MMS, PACOPS has produced a Fisheries and Wildlife Training Video which is to be distributed to all offshore personnel in the petroleum industry operating between Point Conception and the Mexican border. The video focuses on sensitive marine habitats, resources and potential conflicts that exist between the fishery and petroleum industries.
